After a year of research in Denmark, Berlin, Paris, and Riga. It became evident that the potential abandoned buildings have in urban developments is, ideally, to function as tools against gentrification. This potential is to utilize undeveloped affordable space for creative and cultural community development.
In this spirit and with the right timing, a proposal for the Arizu winery in Mendoza, Argentina, became a hard to ignore potential for development.
